Last but not least, the Florida Women’s Business Center is running a number of Get It Done seminars on topics such as How To Become a Registered Minority Business, Banking Services For Small Businesses and my favorite Contracts and Agreements. Most inventors and small business people are deathly afraid of contracts. I understand, they feel threatened because the other person might be trying to get something over on them.

Nothing could be farther from the truth once you learn a little bit about them. As a matter of fact, you should want everything spelled out in an agreement so nothing is left for conjecture because should it go to court every little specification that is not spelled out will be debated by the attorneys and that is going to cost you big time.
