The FIT-BOXR® Is an upper body fitness device that has two resistant bands at each side so that the user can easily grab the handles and perform many different exercises, such a punching motion, a dip motion, a chest pull and incline shoulder press with many other in-between motions. It can be worn during walking, jogging or running. You can use it to warm up before punching a heavy bag or after to cool down or if you don’t want to got to the gym you can use it around the house, park or any where and it is so light weight you barely realize it is on and it can collapse into a small travel or gym bag.
